KitTrail Payment & Delivery

Current status

KitTrail sales have not opened. Payment is not currently available on the website. On the checkout page, you can review the selected plan, enter an email address for a local browser format check, and read the terms. The address is not sent to KitTrail or stored by the website. Continuing displays a message that payment is temporarily unavailable; no order is placed, payment is not attempted, and no new license is issued. The displayed prices are not a way to pay for the product.

The KitTrail 1.0.0 installer is available at /download. Downloading the file does not issue a license or provide a free commercial right to use the software. Licensed features require a valid license.

After sales open

When sales open, this page will identify the available payment methods and purchase terms. Payments for KitTrail are not currently accepted. KitTrail does not request or store full bank-card numbers or CVV/CVC.

The purchase model is a one-time license with no subscription. The plan sets the limit of simultaneous activations: 1, 2, or 5 physical Macs. Website language and currency are independent. Current prices appear on the homepage; Business pricing for more than 5 Macs is agreed separately. All updates within major version 1.x are provided to purchasers at no additional charge; terms for future major versions will be determined separately.

Electronic delivery and activation

After sales open, a license will be issued only after payment is confirmed by the server-side system, not merely when a browser returns from a payment page. License details and instructions will be sent to the email address supplied with the order. The stable installer link is getkittrail.com/download. Before sales open, these purchase timelines and processes are not an available service.

Activation requires entering the license key in KitTrail; the initial check requires Internet access. Ordinary launch after activation does not require a permanent server connection. Sharing a key for shared use is permitted within the plan limit; see the License Agreement.

Support and refunds

After sales open, contact hello@getkittrail.com about orders, delivery, or licenses. Refunds and defect claims are governed by the Refund Policy, mandatory law, and the Public Offer. Activation alone does not remove mandatory Purchaser rights.
