Refunds and consumer rights

KitTrail sales are currently closed; the website does not accept payment or place new orders. This page describes the rules intended to apply after sales open and does not limit mandatory rights under law.

Withdrawal and refunds

No additional voluntary unconditional refund guarantee is offered beyond mandatory legal requirements.

Rights to withdraw from a distance purchase, including a seven-day period, apply to the extent the relevant rules cover the specific agreement granting a software license. If the law gives the Purchaser a right to withdraw within a specified period, that right remains available and may be exercised as the law provides. Activation alone does not mean that mandatory rights have been waived.

To request a refund, email hello@getkittrail.com, state the order number, and explain the request. Do not send a full card number, CVV/CVC, password, or the complete license key. Verifying an order may require the purchase email address or order identifier.

If a full refund is made on a lawful basis, the corresponding license ends or is disabled for further use and activation to the extent permitted by law. Partial refunds and license adjustments are handled in light of the purchase circumstances and mandatory rights.

If you experience problems with the app

For KitTrail defects, the Purchaser may use remedies provided by applicable law. Installation or activation must not automatically be treated as removing those rights. Report the issue to hello@getkittrail.com, describe it, and include the application version; do not send license secrets or payment-card details.

Purchasers outside Russia

Mandatory consumer rights in the Purchaser’s country remain in effect to the extent applicable. A choice of Russian law does not exclude rights that cannot be restricted by contract.

These terms do not provide an additional voluntary guarantee and do not impose an absolute no-refund rule after activation.
