KitTrail Website Terms

Website and sales

The website provides information about KitTrail, its features, system requirements, prices, and future purchase terms. It also includes a non-payment checkout preview with browser-side email-format validation. Sales are not open: the website does not accept payments, create orders, or issue new paid licenses. The email field is not transmitted to KitTrail or stored by the website. Prodamus is not connected. Displayed plans and currency selection do not create an order or a right to use the software.

The KitTrail 1.0.0 installer is available at /download. Downloading it does not provide a free commercial license. Use of licensed features requires a valid license.

Intellectual property and license

Exclusive rights in KitTrail belong to its rights holder or are lawfully used by that rights holder. The website does not transfer exclusive rights. The application terms are set out in the License Agreement; future purchase terms are set out in the Public Offer. These documents do not grant rights to third-party software governed by its provider’s terms.

Third-party services

The website and application may link to third-party websites, stores, developers, and services. KitTrail does not control their availability, content, or data processing; their own terms apply when you use them. A recommendation of a third-party application is not a guarantee of its characteristics or suitability.

Liability and mandatory rights

Website materials are for information and may be updated. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a user’s rights or liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Consumer and user rights that cannot be restricted by contract remain unaffected.

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Browser cookies and storage are described in the Cookie Policy.

Governing law and contact
